Richard Morrissey passed away on December 1, 2017 in San Angelo, Texas. Born February 17, 1940 in Buffalo, New York After serving 4 years in the Navy, Richard entered duty with the US Border Patrol in 1970 at Chula Vista, CA. He retired from Marfa, TX as the Chief Border Patrol Agent, February 28, 1997. Services will be held at Holy Angels Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 27th at 10:00 AM In lieu of flowers, make donations to a charity of your choice.
