Carl Gruber Garrison

Carl Gruber Garrison, 85, passed away Monday, January 21, 2019 in San Angelo, Texas surrounded by his family. Carl was born in Detroit, Michigan on September 27, 1933 to Carl and Gisela Garrison. Carl grew up in Detroit and graduated High School. He joined the Air Force after High School to serve in the Korean War. Carl served for four years in the Air Force after his honorable discharge he returned home. Carl met the love of his life Dorothy Jane Kanapsky and they were married in January of 1959. The couple moved around Michigan living in Royal Oak Michigan and eventually moved to Oscoda Michigan in 1996 after retiring from Ray’s Electric Supply store in Troy Michigan Mr. Garrison is survived by his four children Kimberly M. Felczak, Kay A Bylsma, Kelly M Hamrick, Karl J. Garrison; five Grandchildren; four Great Grandchildren.
