CHRISTA DANIELLE GREEN, 38, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Visitation will be 5 pm to 7 pm, Friday, May 8, 2026, at Harper Funeral Home. The home-going service will be at 1:30 pm, Saturday, May 9, 2026, at St Paul Baptist Church, San Angelo, TX.

CHRISTA DANIELLE GREEN of Virgina Beach, Virginia, passed away April 22, 2026, at the age of 38. She was born January 19, 1988, in Frankfurt, Germany, to parent Bridgette Green (Baines) mother and parent Johnny R Howard, father. She attended school in the San Angelo Independent School District since 1995 and graduated from San Angelo Central High School, May 2006. She attended Angelo State University prior to enlisting in the United States Marine Corp. but due to medical injury was discharged as a disabled vet. At the time of her death, she was attending law school and trying to obtain her pilot license.

CHRISTA DANIELLE GREEN spiritual journey led her to express her love of Jesus Christ through praise dance, and mime. She started M.O.V.E (Ministry Overcoming Victoriously Evolving) Joshua 1:9, to connect all churches as one body in Christ, striving for the same goal in saving "one soul at a time”. While residing in Miami, FL, she started her own business, Mela-Connect and the Serenity House to help young men and women straight out of foster care achieve their goals.

CHRISTA DANIELLE GREEN is survived by her mother, Bridgette Green-Baines; her stepfather, Duane L. Baines; her sisters, Christina D. Howard-Butler (Anthony Butler), Chelsea D. Harris (Donnell Harris), and Cierra Baines; her brother, Malik D. Kates; her nieces, Mia and Mya Howard-Young; her grandfather, Rev. Henry C. Green Sr.; her uncle, Henry C. Green Jr. (Karan Green); her cousins, LaShanta Green and Aaron Green; her great-aunts and uncles, Ronnie Gurley (Lorenza Gurley), Pam Robinson (Rev. Delayno Robinson), Robbie White Burleson, and Ralph White (Gennifer White); her godmother, Clara Freeze; her father, Johnny R. Howard Jr.; and a slew of cousins, extended family and friends.
