Dee Dale Tankersley

Dee Dale Tankersley, age 85, passed away in Dallas on November 11, 2022. He was born on November 21, 1936, in San Angelo, Texas, the second of five sons, born to Boyce Tankersley, Sr. and Julia Dale Tankersley, both deceased. He grew up in Mertzon, Texas, and graduated from Mertzon High School. He attended East Texas State College in Commerce, Texas, before joining the US Army. Most of his adult life was spent in Dallas. He is survived by a daughter, Sarah Prinsloo, of Houston and two brothers, Leamon of Scottsdale, Arizona and Philip who resides in Mertzon.
