Delores Koerth Prochazka

Delores Prochazka, age 95, of Texas, passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was born on October 9, 1930, in Caldwell, Texas, to Felix and Meta Koerth.

Delores was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother whose life was rooted in faith, family, and hard work. She was a faithful believer in Jesus Christ and lived her life as an example of kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for those around her.

She shared 73 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Ernest Prochazka, before his passing. Together they built a family legacy that spans generations and leaves a lasting impact on all who knew them.

Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Prochazka; her parents, Felix and Meta Koerth; her brothers, Bishop Koerth and Winston Koerth; and her son, Roger Prochazka.

She is survived by her daughters, Melissa Binyon and Janet Kiser; her grandchildren, Stephanie Kiser and Robyn Burney ; her great-grandchildren, Jordan Brooks, Joseph Brooks (Stephanie), Emma Brooks, Peyton Burney, and Finley Burney; and her cherished great-great-grandchildren, Greyson Brooks and Kai Brooks.

Delores dedicated many years of service as a bookkeeper, working for Colonial Food Stores and later Bowman’s Home Center until her retirement. She was respected for her diligence, integrity, and strong work ethic.

Her warm heart, steadfast faith, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved her. While her family grieves her loss, they rejoice in the promise of eternal life and take comfort in knowing that Delores is now reunited with her loved ones.
