Diane Michelle Camfield

Diane Michelle Camfield, 57 of San Angelo, Tx went to be with our Lord and Savior on Friday, December 1, 2023.

Diane was born July 24, 1966 to W. J. Rebel and Rita Dowdle in San Angelo, Tx. where she attended Central High School. She worked in her family business, Rebel Signs for 18 years making lots of friendships that have lasted over the coming years.

Diane met and married the love of her life, David Camfield on September 10, 1988 and they have shared 35 beautiful years together. During their marriage, Diane took up the hobby of working out and weightlifting. She worked hard and was very dedicated, winning several contests. She’s always been a force to be reckoned with.

She was a beautiful person both inside and out and has blessed so many with her fun-loving, caring and sweet personality. To know her was to love her. She will be dearly missed by so many.

Diane was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gay Garland Cates, James H. Dowdle, Dorothy Moore and Fayette Moore. She is survived by her husband, David Camfield, of San Angelo; her parents, W.J. Rebel and Rita Dowdle, of San Angelo; her sister, Lisa Smith and husband Bryan, of Tioga, TX; her niece and nephew, Sarah and Nathan Smith, of Tioga, TX; and numerous other family members and close friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, December 4, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M., at Harper Funeral Home. The Graveside Service will be 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at Fairmount Cemetery in San Angelo.
