She got remarried to Rudy Garcia of Knickerbocker, TX in the Summer of 1973. She loved listening to Tom Jones music and watching Godzilla Movies.

She is survived by her son Benny Balladares and his wife Becky of San Angelo, TX.

Grandchildren Michelle Bonaventure of San Angelo, TX., Olivia Pogue of Monument, OR., Angelica Johnson, Adriana Phillips, CiCi Diaz, Julia Diaz, Daniel Diaz, Andrew Diaz, and Marcus Diaz of Caldwell, ID. And many Great-Grandchildren. Brother Richard Castaneda and his wife Liz of San Angelo, TX. Sister Irene Anama of Bakersfield, CA. Son-in law Arthur Diaz of Caldwell, ID.

She is predeceased by her husband Rudy Garcia of Knickerbocker, TX. Parents Julia and Ramon Morales of Knickerbocker, TX. Daughter Mary Helen Diaz of Caldwell, ID.

Memorial service will be at Immaculate Conception Church in Knickerbocker, TX. September 12, 2026, at 10:00 am.
