Forrest Edward Taylor

March 30, 1965 — December 23, 2018

Forrest Edward Taylor was born in Midland Texas, March 30, 1965, the youngest of three children to Weldon Lee Taylor and Betty Lou Taylor. Forrest died peacefully, surrounded by family on December 23rd, 2018 on his father’s birthday, his faith rewarded in heaven. Forrest graduated from Midland High School in 1984. He attended Texas Tech University where he studied electrical engineering and business. Forrest came home to Midland where he was involved in the family real estate business for over thirty years. Forrest sold real estate, became a real estate appraiser, and property manager. Forrest loved to hunt, classic cars, the Dallas Cowboys and his Red Raiders. His great sense of humor and his gentle spirit will be missed, and his love can never be replaced. His impact on this world was far greater than he could have ever imagined. Forrest is survived by his Mother, Betty Taylor of Midland, sister Cindy Harper and husband Jeff of San Angelo, brother Perry Taylor and wife Anna of Midland, nephew JD Harper and wife Ashley of San Angelo, and niece Dr. Cristin Harper Brockman and husband Dr. Bryan Brockman of Oklahoma City. Two great nephews, Jeffery and GW Harper of San Angelo. Following the family burial, a memorial service will be held at Nelly Pickle Welch funeral home in Midland on Saturday December 29th at 11:00 am in the chapel with a reception to follow.
