Jim Don Faulks

Jimmy “Jim” Don Faulks, 81, of San Angelo went to be with the lord on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, in San Angelo, Tx. Jimmy was born on March 16, 1941, in San Angelo to George Washington Faulks and Leora K. Wright. Jimmy grew up in San Angelo, Tx, where he graduated from High School and received a full ride scholarship to the University of Arizona playing as a Quarterback for the Arizona Wildcats. After Graduating college Jimmy moved to Austin, Tx, and then married the love of his life Leann Conner on February 11, 1973. Jimmy worked as a Vice President for Life Insurance Co. for over 15 years. Jimmy loved to make people smile and laugh. Jimmy was an extremely loving and caring person he always made friends that lasted a lifetime and was always there when you needed him. Jimmy was a big fan of all sports and loved to be involved. Jimmy also loved to play golf when the opportunity presented itself. Jimmy was the love of Leann’s life and will be missed dearly. Jimmy is survived by his wife Leann Faulks, Daughter Tammy, Son Richard, and his sister Adelle Lackey. Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents George and Leora Faulks. His three sisters Joy, Leatrice, Charlie Faye and one brother Gary Faulks.
