Julia Dean Smith

Julia Dean Smith, 81, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Julia was born in Pampa, TX, on May, 12, 1939, to Emil and Josephine Stuebgen. She was a loving Mother and loved all of her family and loved life. Julia is survived by her daughter, Debbie Blonke, of Canada, son, Monte Anderson, of San Angelo, sister Joan Oliver, of Farmington, NM, sister, Sonnie Medberry and husband, and granddaughters, Amanda and Candice, of Canada. She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Edward Lee Stuebgen. Services will be held at a later date.
