Keith Edwin Anderson

Keith Anderson, born on July 17, 1958, in Wahiawā, Hawaii, passed away unexpectedly at home on August 25, 2026. Keith was a man of many stories, a true adventurer at heart, and his sudden departure leaves an irreplaceable void in the lives of those who knew him.

Keith was the son of Lois Lackore and the late Dale Anderson. His father, Dale, preceded him in death. Keith’s children were the center of his universe, and he was surrounded by love from his daughter, April Bain, his son, Benjamin Anderson, and his daughter-in-law, Meagan Anderson. He was a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren, each of whom lit up his life with joy and laughter.

A man of diverse experiences, Keith served his country with dedication in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era. His service was a testament to his deep sense of duty and patriotism. After his military service, Keith carved out a successful career as an electrician, traversing the country to supervise large commercial projects. His work was not just a job but a passion that allowed him to connect with people from all walks of life.

Keith’s love for the outdoors was as boundless as the saltwater seas he adored. An avid outdoorsman, he found solace and adventure in nature’s embrace. In his younger years, he was a passionate concert-goer, relishing the thrill of seeing bands before they reached the heights of fame. Music and stories were woven into the fabric of his life, and he took every opportunity to share them with those around him.

Known for his extraordinary storytelling ability, Keith had a gift for spinning tales that captivated audiences. His stories, filled with humor and adventure, were so incredible that they could have been mistaken for fiction. Keith never met a stranger, only potential friends with whom he could swap tales and share a laugh. His warmth and openness left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.

Keith experienced the joys and challenges of love throughout his life, having been married twice. From these unions, he was blessed with his children, April and Benjamin, who were the lights of his life. Though life’s journey took him through different paths, his love for his children remained.
