Lessie La Donna Wallingsford (Yowell)

Lessie La Donna Wallingsford (Yowell), 53, passed away on October 1, 2019, at her home in Blue Ridge, TX. Donna was born on March 26, 1966, in San Angelo, TX, to R. Lester Burnett and Mary Donna Norvell. Donna had a great love and passion for God. She raised her family to love the Lord and prayed for everyone. Donna loved to travel and fish with her husband Kelly. Donna loved cooking, music, and decorating her home for her family. She loved watching “Friends” and going to art museums with her son James. Jessica and Jayden enjoyed learning about the Lord from their mom and enjoyed going to parks with her. Donna loved everyone and always had a kind word for others and thought the best of everybody. Donna was strong in her beliefs and could not be swayed easily. Donna may have been small in stature but had a big heart. We loved hearing her catch phrases “Oh no”, “you’re funny” and “Whaaaaat”. You have been an amazing wife, mother, daughter, friend and sister. We will all miss you. Until we see you again in heaven. Preceded in death by daughter, Elizabeth Grace Wallingsford, daddy, Robert Schuder, grandparents, Odessa and Johnny Williams, Leo and Lillian Burnett, Alta and Preston Schuder, and nephew Cpl. Cody Wanoreck. Survivors include her, husband Kelly Yowell, son’s James and Jayden and daughter Jessica, Carlie Leach and husband James, granddaughters, Janessa and Mackenzie Leach, parents, Lester Burnett and Mary Norvell, sister’s La Juan LaGrappe and husband Leonard, Yvonne Wanoreck and Armando Puente, Sonja Newell and husband Allen. She was loved by many nieces and nephews and her dog Sugar and cat Bodie. A graveside service will be held at 10:00am on Monday, October 7, 2019, at Belvedere Memorial Park.
