On this day, December 28, 2025, Linda passed into the arms of the Lord, there to join her beloved husband, Glen Bolin. Linda was born February 15, 1938, in Brownwood, TX. To be the only child of Louise Sullivan Snodgrass and R.A. (Gus) Snodgrass.
She lived in Blanket, TX where her father was a teacher and coach. They later moved to Brownwood where her father took a job with the Brownwood School District. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church from birth and was baptized in Blanket, Texas with water from The River Jordan as a baby. She was an active member in Brownwood, participating in church choir and activities. She graduated from Brownwood High School in 1955 and attended North Texas State College. It was here she met Glenn on a blind date in 1957. They were married on July 11, 1959, in the First Methodist Church in Brownwood. Linda and Glenn were both only children and were each other’s best friends and were happily married for 48 years. After Glenn passed, she spent her time playing Bridge with friends and delivering meals for the Elderly.
Linda spent the remainder of her years with her boyfriend of 18 years, Bill, their dog, Libby with by her side throughout, offering constant love, strength, and unwavering support. Linda was preceded in death by her husband Glenn Bolin, son James “David” Bolin and parents Louise and Gus Snodgrass. There will be a viewing on December 30, 2025, at Harper Funeral Home. Graveside service will be on December 31, 2025, at 10:00am at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Pall bearers will be Granddaughter Megan, Grandsons Drew Bolin, Zachary and Joshua Bolin, Jakolby Kennison and family friend Doug Robinson
Linda is survived by her boyfriend, Bill Hall, her children Cindy Dierschke and husband Robert of San Angelo, Robert Bolin and wife Karan of Keller Texas, and Daughter in law Michelle Bolin of San Angelo. Four granddaughters, Megan Beecher-Kennison and wife Stepheny, Maloree Warren and husband Mitch, Emily Bolin, Brooke Perez and Husband Victor. Six grandsons, Drew Bolin and wife Mady, Zachary Bolin and wife Maddie, Joshua Bolin and wife Lydia and Jakolby, Nicholas, Zechariah Beecher-Kennison and great grandchildren Preslee, Jade and Juliet.
