Our Beloved Lupe Casanova Went to Be With the Lord on August 2nd, 2026. Lupe Was 88 Years Old When She Passed. Lupe Was Born in Pearsall Texas on December 14th, 1937 to “Lencho” and “Bennita” Cavazos. There Were a Total of 12 Children in the Cavazos Famly. Lupe Was the Oldest Child and Had 4 Sisters and 7 Brothers. The Family Moved to Seagraves Texas Shortly After Lupes Birth. Seagraves Was Lupe’s Home Throughout Most of Her Early Life. Lupe Had 4 Younger Sisters, Molly and Irene Both Living in San Antonio and Alice and Esther Both Living in Denver City. Lupe Had 7 Brothers. Pete Passed Away in 1995. Five Are Currently Living in the Seagraves/Denver City Area. They Are Tom, Johnny, Frank, Ricky and Jimmy. The Yougest Brother Danny Sadly Passed Away in 2009. Lupe Met the Love of Her Life Joe Casanova While Living in Seagraves. They Were Married in 1955. They Ended Up Having 3 Beautiful Daughters Raising Them All in Seagraves. Amy Is Currently Residing in San Angelo, Erma Currently Lives in the San Antonio Area and Jayne Lives in San Angelo. In the Early 1980’s Joe and Lupe Moved to San Angelo. Lupe Worked for Ethicon for Over 20 Years Until Her Retirement. Sadly, Joe Passed Away in 2011. The Marriage Between Joe and Lupe Not Only Produced 3 Daughters It Also Produced 9 Grand Children, 14 Great Grand Children and 12 Great Great Grand Children. Lupe Is Directly Responsible for a Total of 40 Lives Living Today. That Is a Legacy She Can Be Proud Of. Lupe Will Be Greatly Missed in This World but All of Her Friends and Family Will Carry a Piece of Her in Their Hearts From Now On. 

A Rosary and Viewing Service Will Be Held at Harper Funeral Home in San Angelo on Tuesday August the 11th, Starting at 5:00 PM and Ending at 8:00 PM. Services Will Be Held the Following Day, August the 12th at Sacred Heart Cathedral in San Angelo. Services Will Start at 10:00 AM. Burial Services Will Follow at Lawnhaven Cementary in San Angelo.
