Lynne Margaret Transki

Lynne Margaret Transki, 81, beloved mother, grandmother and friend, left this earth’s bonds to be free in the arms of God on February, 11, 2022. She was born on July 11, 1940 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts to parents Richard E. and Gladys Trezise. Her family moved to Wellsville, New York where she graduated from Wellsville High School in 1958. She called San Angelo home for more than 55 years. She was the Business Manager for KLST during the 80’s and attended Angelo State University where she earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology later in life. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, a huge supporter of the recovery community and volunteered as a Foster Grandparent at SAISD. She is survived by her siblings, Lois and Richard, her son, Richard, two daughters, Jillian and Jennifer, and four grandchildren, Kellen, Max, Kyndall and Cooper. A celebration of life will be held later this spring.
