Mara Piotrowski

Mara Piotrowski, 98, of San Angelo went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 in San Angelo. Mara was born September 17, 1917 in Warsaw, Poland to General Aleksander Karnicki and Zofia Agapow Karnicki. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who devoted her life to her family. Her beautiful spirit and her incredible love for us will live on in our hearts forever! Mara is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karin M. and Max Teja, D.D.S., of San Angelo; her Grandson, Sam Teja, of San Antonio; her Granddaughter and Grandson-in-law, Nadine and Jason MacKay, of San Antonio; and her Great Granddaughter Bailey MacKay, of San Antonio. She is also survived by her loving family in England and Poland. The family will be traveling to Poland at a later date for a Memorial Service and she will be laid to rest by her twin sister in the family Cemetery.
