On September 6, 2021, Olivia De La Cruz of Big Lake, Texas entered eternal rest and gained her angel wings. Olivia was born on January 3, 1967 to Jose and Julia Chavez in Del Rio, Texas. Olivia worked at DQ for many years and loved her job till she got ill. Olivia her family and loved to play bingo. Olivia is preceded in death by her Dad Jose Angel Chavez, Niece Maria Chavez, Grandmother Victoria Frausto, Grandfather Alberto Chavez, and Brother In Law David C. Villarreal. Olivia is survived by her Mother Julia Chavez; four siblings Josefina Chavez, Patricia Hernandez and husband Saul, Jose Chavez Jr., Ruth Martinez and husband Sammy; nine nieces and nephews Brenda Garcia and husband Jimmy, David Chavez, Jeremiah Martinez and wife Amber, David Chavez, Jose Villareal, Joel Martinez, Julio Chavez, Lori Chavez, Janelle Martinez, Joakin Martinez, great nieces and nephews Julianna and Joshua Garcia, and Adelyn Martinez. A Rosary service will be held at The Apostolic Church at Big Lake, on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 5:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at The Apostolic Church at Big Lake, on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 11:00 AM.
