Patsy Mardell Waren

Patsy Cauley Waren went to be with the Lord, surrounded by family, on August 26, 2025. She was born on December 20, 1934, in San Angelo, Texas to Orvin Estelle Cauley and Stella Rawls Cauley who preceded her in death. She graduated from Lakeview High School, in the class of 1953, where she was voted most beautiful and Football Sweetheart. 

She married Bobby Waren September 5, 1953. She was a homemaker before going to work at Lincoln Jr. High for four years. Patsy and Bobby, in partnership with Steve and Jolene Hart, owned and operated Los Regalos furniture shop. She was later employed at Hemphill-Wells and Connies. She opened her own retailed store, "The Country Mouse" before retiring. 

She enjoyed following her grandchildren and great grandchildren in all their sporting endeavors. She loved entertaining her family on holidays, especially the 4th of July. She also liked watching golf with Tiger, the Dallas Cowboys and Longhorn football. She also enjoyed the adventure of traveling with family and friends. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Sonny Cauley, sister Betty Sue Ford, and great grandson Whitley Ray Marsh. 

She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Bobby Waren, children Cindy Eady (Joe), Joe Waren (Charla), Cheryl Marsh (Jimmy). Grandchildren Sheila Jackson (Ricky), Justin Eady (Angela), Michael Waren (Courtney), Melissa Kinney (Justin), Scotty Marsh. Great grandchildren, Jeremy Jackson (Annie), Cayce Hight (Chase), Landon Waren, Logan Waren, Taylar Kinney, Kason Kinney. Also four great, great grandchildren, Hudson, Creed, Stetson and Charlie. Siblings, Leo Cauley (Charlene), Lehman Cauley (Roxie), Sandra Bruton (Ronnie). Special brother-in-law Gary Waren (Brenda), and many very special nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 29th from 5-7 at Harper Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Saturday, August 30 at 11:00 am, Lawnhaven Cemetery. 

The family would like to thank Randy McCrea for his time, and talent presiding over Patsy's service.
