Payton Hart Linthicum

February 12, 2017 — October 4, 2026

San Angelo

Payton Hart Linthicum went to join our Lord in Heaven Sunday October 4th, 2026 at such an innocent age of 9 years old. She was born February 12th, 2017 in San Angelo, TX to her parents Dalton Linthicum and Ashley Dickson. Payton had so many loved ones who gave her many nicknames such as: P Body, Payt, Miss P, Babygirl, Sweet P, PMoney, Papa’s girl, the list goes on.

Payton was a beautiful Fourth grader at Wall Elementary School. She had such a passion for all things girly from make-up to press-on nails, even if they were way too long. She would dress up in Mommy’s clothes and rummage through her make-up daily, especially when she was at work and could get away with so many things. Payt could turn the smallest craft into the biggest mess; if there was a way she was gonna make it shine with as much glitter as possible.

Don’t let all the glam fool you, she got down in the dirt and mud just like one of the boys. Payton was the best chute opener for her Daddy and Uncle Lane. Bennett would call saying “were loaded up in the big truck” all for Payton to run and ask if she could go to without hesitation. We may have played hooky a few days to let Babygirl let her wings fly. She loved her brothers, sisters, and cousins so incredibly hard. She also refused left out of a single thing. She had such a unique bond with her parents. Payton was sass, fire, creative, air, and pure sunshine 24/7. There was not a room or area she didn’t make brighter.

Payton had a love for God and made sure that He was brought all the time. She included Him in her art work, class projects, even grabbed some paint one day and went to town doing her bedroom door. Its been the same ever since.

PBody showed no remorse when it came to love. Everyone she had in her life was given every ounce of her heart. From blood to bonuses, classmates & Faculty, everyone got a whole helping of Payt.

Payton is survived by her Daddy, Dalton Linthicum and her Mother Ashley Dickson and step-dad Kenton Farish. Her siblings Rylee & Hayden Coleman, Kayleigh & Wyatt Farish. Grandparents Art & Nikki Linthicum, Deen & Denice Dickson, Grandpa Mike Farish & Grandma Judy Alexander of Kerrville. Aunt Jaylee Linthicum, Uncle Lane Linthicum, Uncle Kolton (wife Sarah and kids Julia & Bennett) Linthicum, Uncle Chris (Bubba) Dickson. Payton had many extended Aunt, Uncles, Cousins, both blood and bonus.

Payton is predeceased in by her great-grandpas Stewart Deen Dickson Sr. and Paul Morse.
