Sandro Veliz

Sandro Veliz, 56 of San Angelo Texas passed away on Wednesday August 26, 2026. He was born on November 24, 1969, to Martin Castillo and Bertha Liz Rosa Martinez in Acuna Coah. He was a hardworking man. He spent a majority of his life as a meat cutter. He loved his job as a butcher. He was also an amazing cook!

He enjoyed trying new flavors, exploring new foods and being outdoors including fishing, let's not forget his beloved Monte Carlo. When he wasn't working or cooking. He was spending time with his daughter Mayan. Whom he loved dearly.

Sandro was preceded by his parents Martin Castillo and Bertha Liz Rosa Martinez.

He is survived by his children Erica S Veliz , Bryce Barrigan, Marcus S Veliz, Cameron N Veliz and Mayan P Veliz. Followed by Five grandchildren Noah, Isabel, Autumn, Ethan, and Penelope Krisher. One sister, Maria Veliz. Along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a grandmother Maria Veliz.

A memorial service is going to be held at a later date.
