Stephen Perry Willaims

Stephen Perry Williams, 72, of San Angelo passed away on August 23, 2026. He was born March 21,1954 in Pampa, TX to Hershel and Oleta Williams. He grew up in Midland, TX after the family moved there in the late 1960’s. He loved fishing anywhere he could find a water hole. He worked in the oil field where he was known as “Ugh” and was an over the road trucker for many years. He retired in 2016 from the oil field and moved to San Angelo in 2019 where he lived out his life.

Survivors include his wife of over 26 years, Elaine Williams; brother, Travis Williams and wife Alice of Washington state; son, TJ Schumpert-Williams and wife Beth of Midland; daughters, Jolie Reynolds and husband Kenneth of Bronson and Kelly Williams of Eden; nine grandchildren, Tanner and wife Bree, Catie and husband Cameron, Alan, Michael, Brianna, Xander, Austin and wife Alyssa, Dustin and Eren, and Stephen; five great-grandchildren, Jojo, Ayden, Addy, Thomas, and Jaxson.

He truly loved his family and friends. You will be missed my Love.
