Wayne Anthony Gully

Wayne Anthony Gully, 69, of San Angelo passed on to his heavenly home on July 29, 2026, at his home in San Angelo. Wayne was born on February 5, 1957, and grew up in Eola, Texas. Wayne graduated from high school at Eola School in 1975. He attended Angelo State University. Wayne enjoyed years as a motorcycle mechanic and was an avid motorcyclist taking motorcycle trips with his buddies as far as Canada. Wayne returned to college to become an LVN and was employed at the San Angelo Living Center for 20 years caring for special needs adults. Upon his retirement he enjoyed rock and arrowhead hunting and loved camping in the outdoors.

Wayne is survived by his sister Margaret (Maggie) Elizabeth Gully and her caregivers, Kenneth and Blanca Baguley. Blanca is his former wife and close friend. Wayne is also survived by numerous relatives.

A memorial funeral mass for Wayne Gully will be Wednesday, August 5 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rowena. The Rosary will be recited at 9:30am followed by Mass at 10:00am.
